ColorChooser in HTML

I'm making a web editor in html, an i would like to have a
colochooser control, in ActiveX or something similar.
Can anybody help me??

I spent hours trying to find one i was happy with. in the end i modified the daylights out of one. its intuitive ,standalone and free.
