disabling links - ASP / Active Server Pages

Hello,
I would like to know how to disable a link when a certain value is
false.

I have the following link.

 <a href="OrderProgress.asp" class="blueLink">Check Order
Progress</a> 

I wish to disable the link if blnValidCustomer = false and enable it
otherwise.
