Affiliate System Question

JJ
Hi,

I am writing an affiliate system, where other websites put our banner on
their website, and we pay them commission on sales which are made from
clickthroughs.

We also want to report on impressions though, i.e. how many times our link
is displayed on the affiliates website.
The actual banner image will be stored on our server.
How can we count how many times the affiliate website has used the banner
with out running code on the affiliates server?

Thanks

JJ
