Accessing sub-folder ASP on win 2003 server

Hi,

we are not able to access the sub-folder files in our ASP which is working in
normal WIN 2000 SERVER.

<!-- #include file="include/PrintRecordSet.inc"-->
<!-- #include File="include/mit_asplib.inc"-->

or

../RepInclude/downloadFile.asp?file="+fileName

Can somebody help me to resolve this.
