How to let user download a file

Hi,

I am using .Net to develop an application that let the
user download the file, is there any easy way to transfer
the file to client?

Thanks

You'll probably get better answers if you post to a .Net group!

(Hint: this isn't one)

But in .net, first you develop your custom user control, then your code
behind, programattically set your properties, compile, and voila, in no
time, your page returns the vastly superior "<A href="file.ext">Click
me</A>".

You're right. .NET is pretty gay like that. ;]
