DO not cache pages in local Browser

All,
How can I set IIS to not cache pages so that new pages or updates to web
pages are alwyas used and that the cached pages aare not used.

Is the configuration on IIS or can i set it in my ASP pages to not cache.
is the code as follows

<% Response.Expires = 0 %>

Any suggestions always appreciated
