This is an ASP newsgroup, not ASP.NET.

This is not really an asp.net or an asp question. What you are
describing needs to occur at the client machine, after the server-side
asp stuff has finished. You need to see a client-side scripting
newsgroup for help with this. Perhaps microsoft.public.scripting.jscript
