avoid guestbook flooding

hello,

I'm trying to find how to avoid automatic submission of my guestbook form
because many users submit their advertisement on it.

I can't find the correct word for the little image where the user must enter
what's written on it and avoir bots to recognize what's in.

Please help, I'm tired to delete 300 spams a day.
