What website? One you have visited? All asp websites you visit? One
you are developing? Is it on your own machine? On a remote development
server?

If there is any way for you to give us less to go on, I can't see it.

Nothing you can do about it. There are many reasons why that site
could be slow to load:

1. Poor programming in the site
2. It could be hosted on slow servers
3. The servers it's hosted on could have a slow Internet connection
4. Your machine might have a very slow connection to the Internet
5. The site might be extremely popular (can't imagine why though ;-))

but there is no "asp function" on your machine, so there is nothing you
can "fix".

FYI, I always find sites hosted in China very slow to load.
