Gazing into my crystal ball I observed "Ray Costanzo [MVP]" <my first

Care to elaborate?

"Adrienne Boswell" <ar********@sbcglobal.net> wrote in message
news:Xn***************************@69.28.186.121.. . Here's my dilema. I have a Classic ASP site and I need to receive
transactions from a little card reader over the Internet. The reader
will be sending:
MERCHANT_ID=(max seven digits)
TERMINAL_ID=(max twelve digits)
CUSTOMER_ID=(max seven digits)
TX_TYPE=(max 3 digits)
TX_AMOUNT=(max 7 digits) decimal (2 digits)
DATETIME=(14 digits)
MD5=(32 hex alpha numeric A-F, 0-9)
Sorry about that, Ray, my toddler hit the enter key when I wasn't looking,
and I didn't know the message had been sent.
I would love to elaborate. The card readers are posting to another server
in Atlanta, only because my hosting provider cannot figure out how to
configure the Lockdown Tool so the readers can post to _my_ server in
California. I am actually okay with that, since I would rather have the
transactions on another machine.
The other server is using MySQL and probably CGI/Perl or PHP
