when I turn off Anonymous in IIs I get this Error :

HTTP 401.2 - Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration

This is usually caused by a server-side script not sending the proper
WWW-Authenticate header field. Using Active Server Pages scripting this
is done by using the AddHeader method of the Response object to request
that the client use a certain authentication method to access the
resource.

Did you turn on any other authentication method, such as integrated or basic
or something?

yes I turn off all of them,

Turn on something, otherwiser there will be no user context available to
access the ASP file before even trying to execute any of your code.
