Test database connection failed via hostname in ASP Page.

I have a problem in the ASP Page. I use the ASP page to test whether the
connection of SQL Server is fine. I use windows authentication. I get fail
when I attempt to use hostname of the destination server. Contrary, I get
success when I attempt to use IP address of the destination server. Does
anyone know how to fix this issue?
Any help will be appreciated.

Make sure you are using the appropriate SQLOLEDB connection string. Examples
can be found at www.carlprothman.net.

Other than that, all I can suggest is that you search www.aspfaq.com and
support.microsoft.com for articles containing either your error number or
your error message (whatever those are <hint>)
