Add Exchange User/Mailbox

I am wondering if it is possible to add an exchange user/mailbox via
ASP (or ASP.NET).

I've seen some examples using ADSI, but I am wondering what the
simplest way of doing this is.

If anyone has example code, links, or advice, it would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks!
