Can I use IDE of VS .NET to develope ASP pages (not ASP .NET)?
I have tried, but it seems not support this feature???

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to a folder containing asp files.
Right-click one and select "Open in Visual Studio.Net"
What's not supported?

Only when I add a new file to .NET project, I cannot add a new ASP file, I
thought, I cannot.

Add a text file (Project | Add New Item and select the Text File icon) and
change its extension to "asp"
