odd recordset error

Hi,

Can anyone help, I have developed a website using ASP for a client and
have deployed it on their server. While the code works fine on our test
server an odd error occurs on theirs, the recordsets become read once,
basically once I have output to screen or used in an IF statement the
recordsets data is no longer available to use again. eg:

1st time used on page:
<% = rs("name") %> ' This works fine

2nd time used on page:
<% = rs("name") %> ' This does nothing, the recordset is effectivly
empty.

BTW. Both me and my client are running windows server 2003.

Any help would be much appreciated.

thanks

Chris
