Jeff,
This page discusses how you can manipulate email in ASP, and can configure
IIS to receive mail and store it on the server filesystem. It doesn't
discuss managing attachments, though:

So is the limit you're describing just on attachments?
Thanks.

I've read about how to use CDO/CDONTs to manipulate mail sent to a server

Using CDO/CDONTS, can you programmatically access attachments to the
mailsthat are sent to and stored on the server?
You'd need to tell us what you mean by "stored". My assumption is you
sent an email and attachment, and now want to retrieve that, which you
can't do in CDO. If however you sent that email to an Exchange
server, and it was stored in a mailbox, that's a different story.
What is the syntax? Is there an
object reference or somesuch that I can look at that will point the way
tothe answer?
