Unable to open Web project in Interdev

I have been working with a project in Interdev for some time now. Today
I tried opening my project and I get the following error:

"Unable to open Web project 'xxxx'. Server error: Cannot open
"frontpg.lck": no such file of folder.

Does anyone know what this might be about.

Thanks,
Brent
