HTTP POST from ASP Page

Is is possible and if so would anyone have a brief example of submitting
data from an ASP page to another server via HTTP, using a POST method.
Essentially duplicating an HTML FORM.

Further details, if availalbe would be the use of username/password (basic)
authentication and the HTTP connection is actually and HTTPS (SSL)
connection.

TIA!

Yes... there are components that will let you do that, such as ASPHttp.
