using classic asp to search multiple forms

I am searching for a specific record based on different criteria:
First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, City, State, Zip Code, File
Number. I am using sql server to store all the information, can anyone
please help. ?

I think many people can help, but I personally am unsure as to what kind of
help you need. What are you having trouble with?

Sure. Create a form for the info, then query based on it.

use the criteria to build a string into an SQL query - then run the query
The ADO recordset will contain the record if the eof and bof properties are
both false.
