can i create a pdf file with asp by using my database information..?

can i create it with dll or another method?

Try looking through sites like planetpdf.com for options to convert to
PDF files. Maybe ABCPDF will work for you:

One option is Microsoft Reporting Services, which is free if you have a
valid SQL license. It can generate PDF and many other formats.
