OWC objects - setdata, hide grandtotal & decimal points

1 New Member
Appreciate your guys help..

Im a newbie in OWC.Trying to search for OWC objects to complete a few charts. Still having difficulty on this :-

My questions:
1. I need to come out with a chart - 2 data fields.
ChartSpace3.Set Data e.chDimValues, e.chDataBound, "Goal"
ChartSpace3.Set Data e.chDimValues, e.chDataBound, "Percentage "

Its just simple as that. But the things is, only the 2nd data will be displayed. Not both. Do I need to use series? I tried to search for the correct sample or help files but no avail.

2. I need to hide the grand total of my charts.
I cant find any objects that represent grandtotal. Can you help to pinpoint me some files?

3. Do you have any sample that can put these average data into 2 decimal points? As for now, the calculated field goes to 5-6 decimal points:

oView8.DataAxis .InsertTotal oView8.AddTotal ("Avg_Response_ CT_Hrs", oView8.FieldSet s("RESPONSE_CT" ).Fields(0), Pivot8.Constant s.plFunctionAve rage)

Please help.Thanks.

John Bentley: INTRO The phrase "decimal number" within a programming context is ambiguous. It could refer to the decimal datatype or the related but separate concept of a generic decimal number. "Decimal Number" sometimes serves to distinguish Base 10 numbers, eg "15", from Base 2 numbers, Eg "1111". At other times "Decimal Number" serves to differentiate a number from an integer. For the rest of this post I shall only use either...

I have the need to import logs into an Access table. The first field is a date & time field, represented in this example: 05/15/2004 17:58:55.336 This is how the logs are reported. DateTime. The time is to 3 decimal points of the second. Access is not letting me import this into the Date & Time field.

I'm a Java developer in the process of writing a class library in C#, so please bear with me. I'm trying to write a method that can return a generic Object OR a Decimal value. In Java I would just have the method return an Object, since all Java primitive data types have Object wrappers like Integer and Double. If I have a method signature that returns Object in C#, can I return a Decimal value within the method body? I was looking...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
