Stripping text in variables

Hello

how do I strip this to obtain certain text:

varaible to strip:

connString="dri ver={SQL
Server};server= SERVER_NAME;uid =USER_ID;pwd=PA SSWORD;database =DB_NAME"

text required:

Server_name, User_Id, Password, DB_Name
Thanks for any help provided.
