How to Display the Current CPU Usage in an ASP Page?

Does anyone have working ASP code that shows CPU usage on the server
where it's running from?

Thank you.

Thank you, but that's not what I want.

I want ASP code that displays CPU utilization so that I can include it
in my page and display the current CPU utilization myself.

Let's say you provide an online service from 7:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time (daylight time in the summer). Is there way of showing these hours of availability on a web page in the user's local time? Thanks in advance for any advice.
