Does Anyone Know Of A Free Product Barcode Database?

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a large (20+ million) barcode (EAN/UPC/ISBN) database and/or api I could use for my barcode scanner project. I need to be able to look up product data using only the barcode number. For example if I have an ISBN number the database must return data such as title, author, publisher, cover photo,...

important: the database must be free.

Thank you very much.
