Dead End trying to access from Outside

I am working on a web game and installed Apache2.2, PHP 5.3 and MySQL.

using /localhost/ I am able to get everything to work perfectly, Apache passes to/from PHP and everything is fine.

But when I try to access in remote-form.. http://myipaddress/ it flops. I get "connecting to ..." until it times out.

Obviously I am missing a step here, but I have no clue what it would be. I don't want to spend weeks learning about Apache when I have no real use for it other than a Test-bed, so i am hopeful this is a simple problem.

Look in the configuration file and make sure that apache is implemented on all IP addresses, not just localhost or 127.0.0.1

Luck!
