How to send signal from GSM module to apache webserver?

Hi All,

I am working on a project where i have to send data from a GSM module to a webserver (Apache). How should i proceed? Can the data be sent directly to a database (Ex. Apache Derby). I am new in this field. Please help.

Thanks and Regards,
Swetha
