Help new to Apache and having problems

I am getting several error messages when we try to upload a file. Here are all the error messages I am getting. I have no idea what they mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

You are going to need to give more information than this. What program are you using? It seems like you do not have an appropriate directory set up, but I cannot tell because I do not know what you are trying to do, nor do I know what gave you the error message, or how you retrieved it.

I am getting several error messages when we try to upload a file. Here are all the error messages I am getting. I have no idea what they mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
