Permission denied: connect to listener on [::]:80

hi guys .

I've configured apache -2.2.4 on fedora core 6. its running, but only on localhost.(on linux machine)

i can't access it through outside world

the logs are

i made a change to add a line

Servername www.foo.com:80

restart apache

and here is the log

Are you using SELinux? This might be a security policy issue.

Yesssssssssssssssss!!! .. Exactly .. Its was SELinux Security was blocking i disabled that .. now its working :D thanks dear .. you are genious :P

Apache is now running but can't parse PHP files .. i have installed php 5 and i can run php code through terminal ...

Do you have mod_php configured correctly in httpd.conf?
Does Apache have a MIME type associated with PHP?

ohh yeah ... i added

LoadModule php5_module modules/libphp5.so

now its working ....
