This part of the IEEEXtreame Programming Competition challenge problem set
GitHub: ieee-ensias/IEEEXtreme-14.0
- you will have to provide examples of your own code before anyone can help you
- otherwise it's not fair to other competitors

I see you have cross posted into reddit - hopefully their moderators will also recognize this as part of the IEEEXtreame challenge set.
From the IEEEXtreame website - (emphases is mine)
Practice Session :
To practice, try to solve the problems by yourself and submit your solutions to get your score, each title in the list below will take you to The CSAcademy practice session of the problem. (The list is ordered according to the release time of each challenge) .
The problem is somewhat interesting, and something I've done in Access to generate one-time-tokens for serial numbers; however, as of late, I've been simply using the GUID field - easier and people are becoming used to seeing these strings.

To others posting - outright solutions will be removed and the thread closed
- suggestions should be based on OP's responses for possible solutions
- Give a man a fish, he eats for today, teach a man how to fish, he eats for the rest of his life.
