2E) The Object Browser Pane (F2).
This displays to the developer (you) what objects or properties contain, and/or are contained by, which other objects (or properties).

This can be a really useful area when you start using it and seeing what it can do. It can tell you what methods and procedures are available for which objects etc. It's so full of information you really just have to go in there and have a play to see what it can do for you.
