Store Multiple Image Paths with one command button

I use code to select image and store its file path in a text field of ms access form
However this code uploads one file path only
I like to know if there is any code which selects multiple images and store their files paths to text fields in form ..lets say 4 text fields to store 4 image paths with one command button ?

This is a very difficult question to answer as it makes so little sense.

Forms don't have Fields as such, they have Controls that reflect the values of Fields. Generally speaking also, Command Buttons are not used to store anything. There's no requirement for a trigger of any form to save the data away as that's done automatically when moving from one record to another.

Your code is unknown to us as you haven't included it so we can't even try to work out what you thought you were asking for by getting clues from there.

Can a Form have four Controls that manage the data for four different Fields? Absolutely it can? I see no complication there so I'm confused as to why you'd even need to ask a question about it. It sounds like you've tried but got something wrong. I can't see how you could, but nor do you give any clues as to what you have trouble with.
