You can't do so directly.
Access is Windows OS only and although it will run on a Windows tablet, it won't run on a Windows phone let alone an Android one.

You could export your report as a PDF and attach it to an email...or take a screenshot with your phone. That's probably your only options other than using a remote connection to your desktop from your phone ...if that is allowed by your workplace

If the report isn't to advanced, it can be exported to an HTML page, which you could upload to SharePoint or another web site where you can gain access.
If formatting is critical, the only option is to export to a PDF file and upload this.

Both options let you view the report in a browser on the phone.

It is not possible to directly view any MS Access report from the
Mobile phone. However, you could migrate the database to run
on your phone directly using SQLite

... or you could pay someone to do it the long & expensive way round and rewrite all your work in c# or another of so many languages that have their benefits, but are considerably more costly in time and effort to produce comparable results. Many things are possible, but most are not remotely sensible.
