Barcode Tracking in MS Access

58 32bit
Hy buddies.

i added barcode fonts to a textbox and coded like this = serialNo-StudentName-FatherName

the barcode generated containing all the detail.

so the fee deposit slip printed with barcode and the student pay the fee or deposit in bank and bring the slip back. now i want to track the barcode with barcode tracker gun and i want to goto the same record using serialNo or StudentName or Fathername

do i made a textbox with name tracker or what?

The barcode textbox should just be for the StudentID as that uniquely identifies the student

ok i understand. now how if we print a bank slip for a student number 223344 and after they deposit in bank we are going to scan this slip using barcode scanner . then how the track will work and send the student information to Paid/Unpaid txtbox. like i made a textbox name tracking another Paid/Unpaidtxt. the default value for Paid/Unpaidtxt is Unpaid. after scan it will turn to paid. now how this will work.
