@Denburt
I have 2 fields one email and one domain.
I would like to update the domain field with the domain name.
If at all possible if you can give me the exact syntax for a update query

mkantor,

Welcome to Bytes!

(I've moved your question to begin a new thread).

You may need to explain this a bit more. Do you simply want to extract the domain and save it to another field in the same table?

If so, I would recommend against that, as it would be an unnecessary duplication of data. That data could be extracted as any time if you needed it using a process similar to that found in this thread:
How to extract domain information from e-mail address table?

Please let us know if there is something beyond that....
