Access Query Editor Malfunctioning (Again)

1,271 Expert 1GB
Anyone else having trouble with the query editor? Today, I can't drag a table or query to the query editor. Is this another Office 365 update scandal?

No its not. That should still work.
In fact the query editor has been enhanced with a new Add Tables dialog which you may find easier than dragging tables

Out of interest, are you using a Windows tablet? I ask as I've had some issues with using Access 365 on my tablet recently

No tablet, it's a Win 10 desktop. I suspect it was a temporary artifact from a poor quality connection to the Internet. I left the editor open, did other stuff a few hours and when I went back to that it worked normally.

Thanks.

@Jimatqsi,

I think you just weren’t holding your mouth right. That is a frequent problem with MS Access!

@Jim.
You should be very careful how you hold your mouth. Avoid doing so in an aggressive manner.

Alternatively, focus on your mouse instead. It's possible that's even what Twinny was getting at ;-)

Yea, my mouth does make problems for me sometimes. Not usually with Access, however.
