Recovery of the ciphered data is not possible without knowing the unique key. You can try using a decryption tool and see if it helps in getting anything back.

I've no experience in using any of them. You may need to research on the web, especially read from people who've dealt with the same ransomware. Find out what algorithm the ransomware uses, and see what tools have the support for the same version and working decryption keys. Make sure you download it from a trusted source.

3 ways to recover files
1.For Windows, if a recovery point has been created, it may be possible to recover the files by returning to the recovery point before the virus infection.
2. Use "No More Ransom"
https://www.nomoreransom.org/en/index.html
3. Use vendor-supplied tools
