Reporting, Retaining indents within cells for Text Box Objects

I'm creating a report from a SharePoint list. One Column "Description" is a string cell with multiple varying lines of text.

The text can contain
- indents
- blank lines between paragraphs
- dash marks to list separate bits of information.

So, imagine this text I'm currently writing for my question is a single cell in my report. I want it to print exactly like how it's appearing right now, but on my report as a single record.

However, Access removes the indents and blank paragraph lines when printing on the report that basically condensing the empty space. I can change the SharePoint type to Enrich Text formatting, but I don't want the user to have ability to throw a table within the cell, which would cause problems.

With that all said, can I have the content formatting within a single records cell, be maintained, when data from an Access table transforms into a Report?

It sounds like you need a TextBox with Rich Text Format enabled.

Is that a problem for you? It's available in newer versions of Access going back many years.
