hello guys,

i need your help on how to split a microsoft access table into 2. Actually i have more than 1.4m rows and i need to export these data into excel. So i need to write a query which will split these rows into 2 different table.

After that i will use these data into excel for some comparison.

your help will be much appreciated.

Look into Make Table queries. In the query you include only the fields you need. However, if your ultimate goal is to export the query to excel, your best bet is to make a select query, and then simply export the query to excel.

This will preserve the integrity of your data and reduce the possibility of bloat.
