Program stopped working for no reason

489 256MB
I have a client that is running Windows 10, One day my program was working just fine the next all he gets is the Blue screen and a message at the top saying not responding. I have Access runtime 2007 loaded and running .accdr extension. I've tried reloading the program and get the same results. I've loaded the program on a blank computer I have with windows 10 and everything works. We don't get any error message except the "not responding".
My client doesn't have regular Access so I can't try running the regular program to see if there is a hidden message I'm not seeing.
Again thanks for any help.

Hi Tom.

It surely looks like an issue with the machine running it rather than the project itself.

Unfortunately, debugging in a foreign environment can be taxing to say the least. Debugging in VBA is worth reading to get some idea of what's available in your development environment. In the foreign system where that isn't available though, you may need to rely on old-school techniques like getting the project to display information when it gets to particular points in the process and see if you can interpret the results to help you (at least) narrow down where the problem can be found.

Obviously this is much easier to handle if you are able to reproduce the issue in you Development environment, but if not ...
