How to make exist form on screen

Hello friends

My boss has to to send 50 reports via outlook email to two different groups (25 each group). For doing this, He has to fill all columns and attach the report. He asked me to create something which make his work easy.

I made a small MS Access 2007 mdb. I am using a macro to send his reports and give 25 email address in single email. Then I created a form and put two command buttons to run this macros. This form open as Maximize and by clicking the button, it starts to sending email. After one address it ask to allow (picture attached) second address and so on. When it is clicked for next email, my Maximize form disappear and it shows Desktop.

I want my form keep and still Maximize, Access Window should not appear and desktop should not be seen. if any one could help.

Secondly, is there any way that all emails go with one click and I should not keep clicking for 25 times.

Macro -- You are stuck with what you have. Macros are very limited in this respect.
or
VBA -- post your code formatted with the [CODE/] tool
these are not the same thing in Access
