Using Subforms

Pls I am new to this forum and I need help.
I have created an Invoice Form that has Invoice ID, Customer Name & Date of Purchase. In the Form, I added a subform called details which should handle Product Name, Quantity Purchased, Unit Price & TotalQuantity.
The ProductName & Quantity Purchased is pulled from a Products Table which also contains quantity in stock.
My problem is how do i update the stock sold out automatically from the products table when it is entered on the Invoice form & details subform.
Secondly, i was able to create an update query to do this but it only updates the records where the cursor is placed. How do i fix this so that it can update all records entered in the invoice form and details subform.

Invoicing Databases are quite complex, so it is essential that the table structure and relationships are set up correctly.

Therefor it would be a great help to have an image of your relationship window, with the tables showing all the fields and as little white space between the tables as possible, so that the image can actually be seen clearly
