How to Deactive a Record in a Table

myself is making a database of our population. The peoples who are expired their names will exempted from all queries and report but the record in main table will remain

Have a Yes/No Flag in the table "Alive", Default set to Yes (True), and when they die, set it to No.

All your queries will have the criteria "Alive = True"
