Sorry, as far as I know, you can't. You must edit the values that are the source of the expression.

Hi,

You could use an unbound text box that you default to having the result of the expression via VBA. You would then also be responsible for writing the value back to the database manually.

What you've asked for is, as Phil pointed out, neither possible nor does it make sense. However, Gaz has made a sensible guess as to what you probably want instead of what you actually asked for, and I suspect it's a good guess. Thus, you may have a solution to your actual problem.
