how i can set permission to folder and subfolder after create this by vba in ms access?

Use this:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Shell("ICACLS ....."
Change the dots to the proper paramaters for ICACLS

Use: ICACLS /? | MORE
to find out what the correct parameters are in your case.

Good answer from Luuk earlier. May I also suggest that this is not basic work. This is work that needs to be handled with great care. I recommend that you test it out beforehand in a folder area of no importance and realise whether revoking of rights first is required before adding those you require.

A further important point is that whoever runs the process (By which I mean whichever account is logged on at the time.) needs to have rights to set these ACLs. Not all accounts do for all destinations, of course.
