Search for records using combo box and allow the user to update the record

Dears

Please note that i am trying to build a program without using Macros and Modules on it , the program requirement is to search the records which matches what entered in combo box only without allowing the user to see other records not related to his area (e.g I need to search for UserID 03 and the results should be limited to UserID03 without allowing the user to update another records) .

Could you please help me on this .

Thanks a lot in advance.

mahmoudwahbeh,

Unfortunately, your opening statement:
Please note that i am trying to build a program without using Macros and Modules on it
in my opinion, makes a solution for this question impossible.

Based upon what you describe, this requires a module build.

We can work toward that solution if you wish, but we cannot build a solution for you. You must put forth a genuine effort for us to troubleshoot.
