How to send an entered data from one node to another node in access

Sir,
I m developing a system for a doctor. When the patient come at reception table the person will search his or her name in the system (i.e. patient's case), when it founds he will check the case field. After this process the name of that patient should show on the doctor's screen in the serial. Same way when doctor complete the checking of that patient the relevant details like prescribed medicine etc. should be shown on compounder's screen. I have developed this system in Access 2016

What's your question? Are you asking how would you go about designing such a system?
