Forms centers the tab I click on. I want it to stay on top unless I scroll down

Hi,

I've created a form with tabs.
So my main form have the store name and then different tabs for everything in a store but when I click on one of the tabs it brings the tab I clicked to the middle of the page.
So the the form scrolls down but I want it to stay at the top and only move down when I scroll.

I tried the SetFocus to one of the top controls but i then deleted it and forgot how I did it.
