Query result to different txt files based on the Group By

171 100+
Hi All
This could be a 2 part question.
First, I have a table with 4 fields. one of the field has same values for some of the other field.
Eg:
Field1 may have orange repeated in few records but Field 4 may have different values for all the repeated item.
orange grp1
apple grp1
banana grp1
orange grp2
cherry grp2
grapes grp2
melon grp3
orange grp3
carrot grp3

What I am looking for is delete all "orange" from grp2,grp3 etc but keep the orange in grp1.
The second step is to export the results and save as txt files but different txt files for grp1 grp2 grp3 etc

Hope some one can help me to resolve this

Regards
