Importing Excel Sheet to MS Access

P: 2
So i am using a code to export all table data into one excel sheet (http://www.utteraccess.com/forum/index.php?s=&showtopic=1944631&view=findpost&p=197 1939) it works fine with exporting the file. I am now looking at importing that excel document to upload only new data. The goal is to give users to ability to email data back and forth from different locations.

Also I'm willing to change the export method if there is a better way for the import. Once again this is so the user may use the same data at different locations.

Why you should want to do that is beyond me!! Why not put the data in Dropbox or something similar so that all your users have access to it?

Anyway to point you in the right direction:-

Create a link to your Excel file

Now you need a table to hold your imported data, and it is critical how you set up the keys for this table. You need to create UNIQUE combined keys such that on trying to add OLD data from the Excel table you will get a duplicate Key error, and thus only the new data will get imported.
