Microsoft Access - Drop Down list

I have created a table called 'customer communications' which uses email addresses from a table called 'customer details'.

My aim is that I can select from the drop down in the 'Customer Communications' table an email address as a record.

I have removed the duplicates but what I want to be able to do is so that if an email address has already been selected for a record for it not to appear in the drop down anymore.

At the moment they all appear and if I select one I have already selected I get a 'duplicate error'. But I would rather it just not appear in the drop down so I dont keep getting the error.

Is there anyway I can do this please?

These links are basically what you are attempting to accomplish:
Cascaded Form Filtering
Cascading Combo/List Boxes

If you still have trouble getting your ComboBox to work, let us know.

Why would you not use the email address from the CustomerDetails table?

If you want to select only certain customers, have a field called "Selected" in that table which is set to True or False
